Get Started Today

One place for everything that matters

Tidy Affairs helps you secure, organise and share the information that matters most — whether that's personal wishes for your family or critical documents for your clients and colleagues.

At the right time, the people you trust can access exactly what they need, securely and privately.

Why people choose Tidy Affairs

Six reasons to organise your affairs with us.

Accessible from anywhere

Your key holders may live in different cities or even different countries. When the time comes, they can access your information from wherever they are.

Private by design

Your information is end-to-end encrypted. No one can see what you've written — not even Tidy Affairs technical staff. No cookie tracking, no data selling, no third parties.

Two-person rule

Not just technical security but behavioural security. Add two or more key holders to a vault and enable the two-person rule. Like a bank vault with two locks — no one can open it on their own.

Organise your digital life

Passwords, accounts, subscriptions, photo backups, devices — digital estates have become complex. Tidy Affairs helps you explain what exists and how to bring it to a close.

You choose what to share

You don’t have to store passwords or sensitive details. You can just leave pointers to where things are — “the password book is in the study drawer” or “bank documents are in the filing cabinet”.

Give clarity when it matters most

Leave guidance, messages and instructions so your loved ones aren't left guessing — whether it's funeral preferences, important contacts, or the things you'd want them to know.

How it works

A simple process, from start to finish.

1

Create your account

Enter your email, verify it, and you’re ready to start. No passwords needed — we use secure magic links and passkeys.

2

Invite your key holders

Invite one or more trusted people to be your key holders. They’ll receive an email invitation which they must accept before they will be able to access anything.

3

Create a vault

A vault is a secure container for your end-to-end encrypted documents. Set a security question for the vault, open it up and assign your key holders.

4

Write what matters

Add the information your key holders will need — whether that’s personal wishes and messages, financial details, client documentation, or business continuity plans. Update it whenever things change.

5

When the time comes…

Your key holders visit the collection page. Once they’ve verified themselves and answered your security question, the vault opens for them — and only them.

Private by design: zero-knowledge encryption

Your documents are encrypted on your device before they reach our servers — we only ever see encrypted data. There are no secret backdoors, no master keys, and no exceptions.

UK data sovereignty

Tidy Affairs is designed, built, hosted and owned 100% within the UK. All Tidy Affairs data is stored in the UK where it is subject to strict data protection laws.
