Accessibility
Our commitment to making Tidy Affairs usable for everyone.
Our commitment
Tidy Affairs is committed to making our service accessible to as many people as possible, including those with disabilities. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.
What we do
- We use semantic HTML throughout the site
- All interactive elements are keyboard accessible
- We provide ARIA labels and roles where appropriate
- We maintain sufficient colour contrast ratios
- The site is responsive and works on all device sizes
- Form fields have associated labels
- Images have alternative text descriptions
- The site works with screen readers
Assistive technology
Tidy Affairs has been designed to work with:
- Screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver)
- Keyboard-only navigation
- Browser zoom up to 200%
Known limitations
We’re continually working to improve accessibility. Current known limitations include:
- Some older content may not yet meet our colour contrast targets
- The rich text document editor in the main application has limited screen reader support
- We do not currently provide a dark mode or high-contrast theme
If you encounter any barriers not listed here, please let us know — your feedback helps us improve.
