Common questions
For the Individual plan, no — it’s a one-time payment with no recurring fees, giving you lifetime editing access. The Business plan is billed annually with full access while subscribed.
Not at the moment. Online purchase of Individual accounts is currently available to UK residents only, due to the complexity of international digital tax requirements. We hope to expand to other countries in future. Business accounts are available worldwide via invoice — learn more.
Free access in the UK is gifted through our partner organisations — hospices, care providers, veteran support organisations, and other qualifying bodies. If you believe you qualify, ask your care provider or support worker, or contact us directly and we’ll help you find the right route.
If you change your mind within 14 days of creating your account and haven't created any documents, we'll provide a full refund. Please contact us to request one. After this period, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.
We maintain a reserve fund covering at least 10 years of website hosting costs, and we have contractual agreements with trusted third parties to ensure continuity even in worst-case scenarios. Learn more about our commitment to longevity on our About page.
