Who qualifies for free access?

Anyone receiving hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care. Gifted through care providers, hospices and hospitals.
Progressive cognitive conditions
Anyone diagnosed with dementia, Alzheimer’s, or another progressive cognitive condition. Gifted through care providers, memory clinics and support organisations.
Armed forces and veterans
Serving armed forces personnel and veterans of any age. Gifted through veteran support organisations.

If you work in hospice care, palliative care, home care, veteran support or any related field in the UK, we’d love to partner with you. We provide free voucher codes for your clients at no cost to your organisation.

How to get a voucher code
Ask your support organisation
If you’re receiving care from a UK hospice, care home or memory clinic, ask your care team if they have Tidy Affairs voucher codes available. If you’re a veteran or serving in the UK Armed Forces, ask your regimental association, veterans’ charity or support organisation.

If your care provider or support organisation doesn’t have codes, please contact us and explain your situation. We’ll help you find the right route.

Once you have a voucher code, visit Tidy Affairs and enter it during account creation. Your account will be set up at no cost with access to all the core features you need.
